Chicken is rich in protein, vitamin A, and healthy fats, making it an excellent choice for building muscle and burning fat, hence why she was able to lose 5kg quickly.

However, she advised that this approach is best suited for short-term results. For long-term weight management, she emphasises the importance of maintaining a balanced diet and regular exercise.
