Despite having backgrounds in sports, both the husband and wife steered away from their regular exercise routine due to life events like injuries and pregnancy.

Interestingly, their fitness journey resumed when their daughter, Grace, suggested they participate in a popular six-month fitness challenge trending in South Korea.

They committed to a six-month challenge that included morning stretches at 7 am, followed by a nutritious breakfast. And despite their busy schedules, they made it a point to meet at the gym every day, engaging in activities like aerobic exercises, weight training, leg lifts, and arm and back workouts.

They continue to prove that nothing is impossible! We’re also loving their commitment not only to fitness but also to skincare. Grace’s father, in particular, has his own morning skincare routine, starting with a toner pad, followed by serum, moisturiser, and ending with sunscreen.
