Using this eyeliner palette is doesn’t require any skills. It’s similar to using dry watercolours – a straightforward process that anyone can master.
To begin, all you need is a brush and a dash of water. Once you’ve got these, you’re ready to bring the palette to life. All you’ve got to do is dampen the brush slightly with water, just enough to make it moist and not dripping.
