  2. Lift one leg up to a 90-degree angle with your body
  3. Place a towel around the foot and pull the ends down with both hands

You should feel a stretch and mild pain at the back of your leg. Hold the position for 10 minutes before switching to the other leg.

Wear Compression Socks to Bed

Standing or sitting for extended periods can lead to leg swelling. Sunmi addresses this issue by wearing calf compression socks before bedtime. These socks exert pressure on the calf muscles, effectively reducing swelling.
