Situated at Lot G-039C, the boutique, spanning an area of 500 square feet (46.45 square meters), has been intricately designed to capture the very essence of modern Japan.
Drawing inspiration from the principles of Omotenashi, the space effortlessly combines elegance and minimalism, ensuring customers are treated to an unforgettable experience.
In addition to the inviting ambience, the Shiseido boutique features a dedicated facial cabin where customers can enjoy personalised services such as expert skin consultations, professional makeup application, as well as facial treatments.

While Shiseido has further plans to establish more outlets in East Malaysia following this successful launch, the primary objective of this boutique was to connect with new customers and acquaint them with Shiseido’s products.
Currently, Shiseido operates a total of 36 outlets nationwide, including 31 counters and five standalone boutiques.
To celebrate the opening, customers can expect various promotions and activities in the coming days. Shiseido is currently running a promotion wherein the first 50 customers daily will receive Ultimune sampling kits worth RM100, Ultimune is Shiseido’s #1 serum with over 238 beauty awards*.
