Are you a tea or coffee person? If you’re a tea lover, then you’ve come to the right place! Lipton has teamed up with K-beauty brand Apieu to create the most adorable tea-themed cushion primers.

This collaboration is a delightfully random addition to the world of food-themed makeup products.

So, whether you’re a tea enthusiast or just curious about this innovative collaboration, read on to find out more!

Right from the start, this primer is sure to catch your eye with its quirky design. The packaging resembles a box of classic Lipton tea, so make sure you double-check before you accidentally grab the wrong product!

The cushion itself is beautifully marbled with swirls of white, evoking a cup of tea with milk freshly added.

The sponge that comes with it is a cheerful yellow, matching the Lipton logo, and shaped like a heart for an extra touch of cuteness. So, if you’re a fan of quirky packaging, this primer is perfect for you!

The primer itself comes in three variants, or should we say flavours? Each one has its own unique colour and benefits, just like your own favourite brew.

Milk Tea helps blur out pores and controls oil, giving you a flawless complexion.

Peach will even out your skin tone for a smooth finish, and contains collagen to improve your skin’s condition.

Finally, Lemon contains Vitamin C (like a real lemon!), so it will brighten your skin and leave you with a radiant glow.

All three of these products have a delicate scent that matches the fragrance of their respective Lipton teas, perfect for those who enjoy the lovely aroma of a delightful cup of tea.

Not only does the primer create a smooth canvas for your makeup, it also provides moisturisation, and even offers sun protection with SPF30.

Interestingly, this isn’t the first time Lipton has ventured into cosmetics. In 2023, Lipton collaborated with the Japanese cosmetics brand Broccoli Cosmetics to launch a collection of tea-inspired products, including an eyeshadow palette shaped like a teapot!

Unfortunately, the limited-edition Lipton X Apieu primer is currently only available in Japan.

However, we remain hopeful that it will eventually make its way to our shores!

In the meantime, if you happen to be travelling to Japan, keep an eye out for these tea-riffic primers as a quirky and unique souvenir.
