This initiative is part of Procter & Gamble’s efforts across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa to actively protect nature by planting trees that help improve local biodiversity ecosystems.
Adopting a tree through the Forests for Good Campaign
What’s cool is that they have partnered with social enterprise and technology provider EcoMatcher to provide full transparency on the tree-planting projects through blockchain technology.
You can therefore track and measure your estimated environmental impact all through their online portal. Besides that, you can name your tree, see where it’s located, what kind of tree it is, and even who is caring for it!
To be a part of this meaningful campaign, follow these steps:

Step 2: Receive an SMS from Watsons containing a unique code and link to the Watsons’ Forests for Good page.
Step 3: Link to P&G Forests for Good campaign page and create an account to adopt your tree and name it.
