In one of her vlogs on YouTube, she generously shared her weight loss tips with her fans, as well as three different nutritious meals that follow her diet.

Soyou’s Dieting Tips

On her YouTube channel, Soyou shared her diet tips and answered fan questions about staying healthy and maintaining this unique diet.

One of her main strategies is intermittent fasting, which she believes can boost the effectiveness of your diet.

By eating only during an eight-hour window each day, Soyou skips breakfast and has brunch around 10 or 11am, followed by dinner in the evening. Outside of these hours, she avoids snacking to allow her body to burn fat.

With that being said, Soyou also emphasises the importance of eating at least two nutritious meals daily and not fasting excessively.

She also focuses on consuming foods high in healthy fats rather than worrying about calorie counts.

Lastly, she recommends combining a balanced diet with regular exercise, in order to get the best weight loss results!

What Does Soyou Eat in a Day?

In the morning, Soyou starts by cooking scrambled eggs using olive oil and a generous amount of ghee butter.

Once the eggs are cooked, she grills half a packet of bacon and a cheese stick until the cheese stick becomes crispy on the outside and slightly melted on the inside.

To complete the meal, she adds a few slices of avocado and a garnish of coriander.

Moving on to dinner, Soyou prepares a bowl of Greek yoghurt. Greek yoghurt is known for its thickness and high protein content, making it a great choice for a healthy meal!

To make the soup, she uses two packets of seaweed, 300g of beef, and ox knee. Soyou prefers to stir-fry the beef with ghee butter to give it an extra burst of flavor.

When it comes to snacks, Soyou opts for healthy and sugar-free options. Her favorite snacks include dried squid, steamed eggs, and egg rolls.
