There may be K-pop groups now, but legendary Girl’s Generation (otherwise known as SNSD) always holds a special status in our heart.

Main dancer and rapper, Hyoyeon (also known as HYO), may be 33 years old this year, but she doesn’t look too different from when Girl’s Generation was still active as a group.

“Mo makeup” eyebrow hack

If you ever manage to catch any music videos that features this star, you’ll notice that her eyebrows are constantly on fleek.

The main dancer believes that the key to any makeup look is the eyebrows. In a video with Cosmopolitan Korea, she reveals her secret to perfect brows.

Most of us are familiar with using an eyebrow pencil for our brows so we’re fascinated that she uses a waterproof eyebrow gel that comes out of a tube instead.

She skilfully dabs the gel onto an angled brush before gliding the product in clean neat strokes to outline her brows.

Afterwards, she’s gives them more volume by swiping on the gel with a clean mascara brush.

HYO does not waste any product when she does this simple look. She scrapes off the remaining product onto a thin, stiff brush and applies it to her eyelids as an eyeliner.

Aside from the dramatic “girl boss” looks that she has sported in her solo songs like DEEP and DESSERT, the celebrity usually wears natural-looking makeup for a youthful glow.
